Faculty and Staff
We employ teachers who are warm and caring, who know and understand children’s needs and growth and development stages.  In the State of California, Preschool teachers have to have certain level of education by law. RHS preschool teachers far exceed those standards. RHS preschool teachers are experienced and can apply their knowledge in the classroom, and respect each child as an individual.

RHS elementary school teachers have degrees in education and various certification. They love to teach. More importantly they love and care for their students.

RHS seeks staffs who value working as a team with parents, and colleagues. RHS chooses staff very carefully with many requirements, in order to provide the best possible care and education for the children.

RHS teachers and staff are CPR and First Aide trained and certified. Their background and experience are completely verified and security checks are performed through finger printing and through FBI background checks.
